A brazen crook groped, kissed and then robbed a tourist visiting Manhattan from Texas with her family, police said Monday.

The 58-year-old tourist was walking back to her hotel along St. James Place in downtown Manhattan, holding her phone in front of her, when the creep sidled up to her about 3:15 a.m. Sunday, cops said.

He grabbed her buttocks, kissed her on the face, and snatched her wallet from her bag, police said. They struggled, and he shoved her to the ground, bruising her forearm.

Her family wasn’t present during the robbery, cops said.

The suspect then ran south on nearby Pearl St. with the woman’s wallet, which had $100 in cash and a number of credit cards, cops said.

The victim refused medical attention at the scene.

Police released video of the suspect walking alongside the victim, and are asking anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS.
