A crook sticking up an East Harlem Burger King fatally shot a young woman working the cash register early Sunday, cops said.

The robber burst into the fast food chain’s 24-hour branch on E. 116th near Lexington Ave. about 12:45 a.m., cops said. He pistol-whipped a male customer, punched a female manager in the face and shot the 19-year-old cashier in the chest.

Medics rushed the cashier, Kristal Bayron-Nieves, to Metropolitan Hospital but she couldn’t be saved. She lived just a few blocks away from the Burger King, cops said.

The shooter ran off with an undetermined amount of cash and has not been caught.

He is described as having a slim build and was wearing dark clothing and a black mask and carrying a black plastic bag.
