Man filmed twerking in front of deputies in a rainstorm before being tased

A Florida man was tased by law enforcement after he began twerking in the rain during a traffic stop.

Richard Wolfe, 57, of Crystal River, was seen thrusting his hips at a Citrus County Sheriff’s deputy in Inverness on Tuesday, thanks to a bystander who felt compelled to film the event.

Wolfe reportedly ignored the deputies’ commands to lay prone on the ground, walking away from law enforcement as rain poured from above.

“What are you scared of? I got knives, you got a gun!” Wolfe shouted, throwing a knife into the grass.

Eventually, Wolfe was tased after putting on an absurd display of insolence.

According to the Orlando Sentinel, Wolfe was charged with resisting an officer without violence, fleeing from law enforcement after being ordered to stop and reckless driving. His bond was set at $3,500.
