LINCOLN — Complaints by four women about unwanted sexual contact from the personal trainer who owns All Day Physique at 607 Smithfield Ave. has resulted in 13 counts of second-degree sexual assault, a Rhode Island State Police news release said Thursday.
Members of the state police Major Crimes Unit began receiving complaints in September from former and current clients and a gym employee. Their investigation led to the arrest Thursday of Aaron Day, 26, of 10 Chestnut Ave., Lincoln.
Day was arraigned Thursday in District Court, Providence. He was given $100,000 surety bail, requiring him to post $10,000 cash or property worth the full amount. He has a Jan. 22 court date.
He was ordered to have no contact with any of the women.
Police are asking anyone with information that could help the investigation to call the Major Crimes Unit (401) 462-7375.
